These terms govern the provision of all contracted services, including but not limited to consulting, custom development, integrations, hosting or environment work we perform on your behalf, and ongoing technical support.
Indesign Technology LLC agrees to provide services as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon statement of work or service agreement. Milestones for deliverables, deployments, and reporting will be established prior to commencement. While Indesign Technology LLC strives to meet agreed timelines, schedules may vary based on third-party approvals, dependency access you provide, and collaborative review cycles.
Client agrees to pay Indesign Technology LLC in accordance with the payment schedule detailed in the service contract. Late payments may result in pausing work, limiting support hours, or suspending managed services until the account is current. Third-party fees (for example licenses, cloud usage, or vendor subscriptions billed pass-through) are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Indesign Technology LLC provides professional services on an "as is" basis within the scope agreed in writing. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, uninterrupted uptime of third-party platforms, or exact resolution times for incidents outside our control.
